Our client is one of Auckland’s premium car dealerships selling and servicing four of the world’s most prominent European brands.
They have a vacancy in their service department for a Service Advisor. As the Service Advisor, you are the interface between the customer and the technician and report directly to the Service Manager.
You will need experience in the automotive field, preferably in a franchise dealership, very good verbal and written communication skills and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
