A leading OEM automotive accessory manufacturer has an opportunity for a responsible and self motivated person to take up the important role of Key Account co-ordinator.
The primary aim of the position is to provide exceptional support to key customers and assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with key local and export accounts.
The work involves:
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager’s business functions
- Accurately loading sales orders, monitoring delivery timing and fielding any customer service queries
- Maintaining and enhancing on-going positive relationships with head-office and motor dealership staff via the provision of exceptional after sales support
- Interaction across all internal sectors of the business
- Market research
The ideal person will have relevant work experience within an automotive distributor or dealership environment, a good understanding of customer service and how important it is to have all administrative aspects of their interaction with the company conducted smoothly and professionally.
The ability to be well organized, show initiative and pay attention to detail is essential. Good communication and inter-personal skills, along with computer literacy, are required for this role.
