Marine Workshop Supervisor - Power Boats

Our Client is one of Tauranga's leading power boat dealerships. They have multiple franchises for power boats and outboard motors.
They require a Workshop Supervisor to take charge of the day to day operation of the workshop.
You will be responsible for scheduling work, assigning jobs to the technicians, allocating parts as required, invoicing. Along with these duties you will be required to seek opportunities to up sell service work or convert service work into new equipment sales.
To be eligible for this position you need to have good written and oral communication skills, experience in customer services, staff supervision and administration. Experience in the marine industry would be and advantage but not essential but a passion for boating and an understanding of boating terminology is.
