SERVICE MANAGER
Materials handling equipment
Our client is an importer and distributor of world class materials handling equipment brands. The company has a long and successful history in NZ based in Auckland.
To further develop the Auckland market place they seek to recruit a service manager with a strong heavy diesel service management background, in particular, a person with materials handling and/or construction equipment experience.
To succeed you will require NZ Trade Certificate or similar in a heavy diesel sector related trade as a minimum, have substantial and proven people management experience. You will be computer literate, administratively capable and able to think strategically in terms of market development.
It is unlikely that candidates with little exposure to people management will be capable of delivering the results and relationships required in this role.
This is an important role for the business in terms of customer service delivery and it is expected that you will be prepared to work hard to create the expected increase in market acceptance, productivity and after sales quality control.
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the selected candidate including a company vehicle.
