Our client is a well established and successful nationwide service franchise operation.
To further develop the network as opportunities arise they seek to recruit an automotive mechanic or person with a good mechanical background.
Most importantly you will require good people and customer service skills, the ability to train towards management and ultimately gain equity in your own business.
This is a varied and challenging role that will see you dealing with customers as well as managing a team. There is an attractive scheme that allows motivated managers to quickly build equity in thier own centre. Full training is provided.
You will need to be comfortable spending time on the tools doing standard vehicle maintenance while demonstrating great customer service, sales and communication skills. You will of course have the natural ability to motivate and lead a small staff.
